Thank you for your post on the forum.

I understand that you are unable to install apps on your phone and that you get error message 'we're having truble installing this app'.

1. Could you soft reset your phone:

I cant download any app from google play in galaxy S4!!! When i press install it show 'downloading' but doesnt start download!!!:(:( Plz. You can't download or install apps or games from the Google Play Store; You can't download music, movies, TV shows, or other content from Google Play; The. 2. Please make sure that you have a stable WiFi connection on the phone.

3. On your phone, please go to Settings - Date+Time and set it manually/Auto-Off

4. On your phone in Settings - Region as well as Settings - Language, please make sure that the settings are correct

5. On your phone please go to Settings - Find My Phone and select available options there

6. Please go to Settings - email+accounts - Microsoft Account. Please tap and hold until 'sync' option appears, then tap on 'sync'.


If the above steps don't resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:

1.What exactly happens when you try to install/update apps?

2.Are you getting any error message?

3.Does the issue occur on all the apps?

4.Were there any recent changes made to the computer prior to the issue?

Method 1: I would suggest you to perform System File to fix the corrupted system file and then check if this fixes the issue.

a. Press “Windows Key + C” to open Charms Bar.

b. Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.

c. On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator”.

d. Type ‘sfc /scannow’ without quotes and hit enter.

Method 2: Reset Store Cache

a. Press Windows key + Q.

b. In the Search box type WSReset.exe and hit enter.

That should reset your cache for the store.
