After you exit the activation wizard, you’ll see the game you just activated in your library, like so: Simply click on the “Install” button, like you would any other Steam game, to download the game and get started playing it. If you did all of the above you should now download the DLC files from as you would with any other Steam game (go to your library, select the desired product and click 'install'). After the download finishes, click 'play' and the DLc should automatically install the remaining files necessary for you to play it.

'Restarted the game'? That must mean you restarted from Welcome Home. The next mission, Time For An Upgrade, should start at the same farm where the first mission ended.
If there's no way to trigger it, I suppose you could try to restart the console and restart the game again. Should be easy, because you only have to replay 1 mission. If you're using PC, you should also go to Steam > Library > Right click on Just Cause 3 and click 'Properties' > Go to the 'local files' tab > 'Verify integrity of game files...' That should make Steam try to fix the game, if there's any corrupted files.

Hey, I completed the game and got platinum on it, but now I just got the dlcs and when I loaded in, nothing is on the map, please help
Loading editorAssuming you're using PC:
- Open the Steam main window. Click on Just Cause 3. Right click on the 'Just Cause 3' on the left where your games are listed and click on 'properties'. This should make a smaller window pop up. In that window, click on the 'local files' tab. Then click on 'verify integrity of game files...'. That should make Steam automatically scan your game and fix possible corrupt files.
- On that same 'properties' window, click the 'DLC' tab and see if your DLC is actually listed as 'installed'.
- It's possible to dig around in the games filer directory and find where the saved game files are. Once you find the correct folder, copy it somewhere else. Then you can start the game and start a new game from the beginning. The DLC should unlock once you've passed the first 3 missions. If it still doesn't unlock, then at least your 100% complete game is still safe where you put it.
- The saved game info should be at: Documents > Square Enix > Just Cause 3. DLC files should be at Steam > SteamApps > common > Just Cause 3 > dlc_win64
- I will take no responsibility, if your 100% game will not work anymore after this. Proceed at your own risk.

For ps4 users, if you get the expansion pack pass, make sure you went back into the store, and hit download on each individual DLC. Buying the expansion pass only downloads the wingsuit skin, then makes each DLC expansion say 'free'.

Loading editorHave you actually played the missions? DLCs are unlocked after the first three or so very simple tutorial missions from the main storyline. Then each of the DLCs have missions of their own.

Oh wait! Now I remember. the Sea heist missions are unlocked after the mission Connect the Dots, because it starts at a rebel base that is introduced in that mission. That's about 1/3 through the game.

Loading editori had the same problem, I went to store then to add ons,then find them individually and dl them. it's funny because the entire pass shows as being purchased with no option to dl but when you go to them individually it has the option to dl. very confusing and convoluted. Im trying this method now. it appear that it's dling so i think it should work.
